"Started off okay, but feels a bit flimsy now"
At first I thought this was going to be solid, but after a few weeks the frame started feeling kind of wobbly. The zippers also snag a lot, which gets annoying fast. Maybe I’m just using it more than average, but it seems like it shouldn’t be acting up this soon.

"Somewhat frustrating stock issues"
I tried ordering a few grow supplies, but it seemed like about half the stuff I needed wasn’t actually available. The site itself looked fine and was easy enough to browse, I guess, but it was annoying to spend time picking things out only to realize I couldn’t buy them after all.

"Took longer than I expected"
It eventually got done, but yeah, it took longer than I thought it would. Not a huge disaster or anything, just kind of dragged out more than I was expecting. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but I was hoping it would move a bit quicker

"Warranty took a little while, but they came through"
I had to go through the warranty process, and it took a bit longer than I expected. I was checking my email more than usual because I happened to be home that week anyway, but support was helpful and ended up replacing it quickly once everything got moving.

"Zipper gave out way too soon"
I was disappointed with this. The zipper broke after just a short time, and then I noticed the seams starting to open up, especially around the edges where you’d expect it to stay sturdy. It seemed okay at first, but those little issues showed up really quickly.

I bought a grow fan from Vivosun and after just a few hours it was getting way hotter than I was comfortable with. Maybe I got a defective one, but it made me nervous to leave it running. I reached out to support and they were slow to respond, which didn’t help. On top of that, the reminders/messages felt way too aggressive and annoying. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the risk for me...

"Not terrible, but I wouldn’t buy it again"
I got this Vivosun grow light for my small tent, and at first it seemed like it was doing the job. But after a while, I noticed my plants just weren’t growing as strong as they did with my old light. It also ran warmer than I expected, which got annoying because I kept having to explain over and over that the tent setup hadn’t changed, the light was the only new thing. It’s not completely useless, but I don’t think I’d pick this one again.

"I picked up a Vivosun LED…"
I picked up a Vivosun LED light for my little grow tent, and it’s been decent so far. My plants seems happy under it, and my electric bill didn’t shoot up like I was expecting. It does get a bit warm after it’s been on for a few hours, but it hasn’t been anything too worrying. For the price and the energy use, I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Decent setup, but the controller is annoying"
My Vivosun setup has been okay overall, but the controller has been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it reads everything fine, and other times it feels slow or randomly drops settings. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I keep having to double-check it and fix stuff, which just adds extra work I wasn’t really looking for. I just wish it was more reliable...

"Quick support, but I almost gave up"
I had an issue with my order and was close to just taking my business somewhere else if it turned into a hassle. I messaged customer service and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They helped get it sorted without a ton of back and forth. It did take one day longer than I was hoping, but overall it was a good experience.

As someone who usually takes good care of my stuff, I was really disappointed that this didn’t even last a month. I was expecting it to hold up a lot better, so it was frustrating to have it fail so quickly.

"Fan works, but the noise is disappointing"
I ordered a fan from vivosun and, to be fair, it does the job and was easy to set up. Shipping was fine too, nothing really to complain about there. The main issue is the noise. On the higher settings it’s louder than I expected, and while it’s not insanely loud, it gets annoying if you’re nearby for a while. I was hoping it would run a lot quieter. Since it doesn’t really match what I expected, I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or adjustment from the company.

I gave their setup a try twice, hoping the first bad run was just a fluke, but both times the plants stayed small and the harvest was weak. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t really get any actual human to talk to for help or advice. Everything felt automated and distant. Overall, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t say it was worth it for me

"Actually Fit My Old Tent"
I was half expecting this not to work because somehow nothing ever fits older gear the way it’s supposed to. But it fit my old tent good, which was a nice surprise. Didn’t have to fight with it forever or do some weird workaround, so I’ll take the win

"Careless packaging for the price"
My order arrived in a crushed-up box with barely any padding inside, which was frustrating. A few of the parts ended up bent, and it really felt like it was handled carelessly. For what I paid, I expected it to show up in much better condition.

"Return was way easier than I expected"
I had to send something back because it just didn’t work for what I needed. I was expecting the whole usual return headache, like waiting forever, sending multiple emails, explaining the same thing twice, checking my account every day, all that stuff. But vivosun made it painless. Once they got the item back, the refund came through faster than I thought it would. No annoying back-and-forth, no extra hoops, no weird delays, no “please wait 10 more business days” type of situation. Just a simple return and a quick refund. Really appreciated how smooth it was.

I ordered from vivosun.com thinking it would show up in time for what I had planned, but the shipping ended up being slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, which was frustrating because I had no idea if it was actually moving or just sitting somewhere.
It did finally arrive and everything was in good shape, so I’ll give them that. But the delay kind of threw off my schedule, and I had to push back what I was planning to do. Not a terrible experience, just annoying enough that I’d definitely order way earlier next time.
